Bio of Selena Wright
How you are in your
relationships and your sexuality affect every area of your
life! Selena uses a no-nonsense and highly supportive
coaching approach to facilitating honest communication and

and transformation. She genuinely cares about people and
supporting them to discover what they want and how they are

Selena has been working with

years. She has studied worldwide in the areas of
relationships, sexuality, communication, anger management,
disease, and family dynamics. Using intuition, a great
sense of humour, refreshing honesty and a deep compassion
for people, Selena has helped people from all over the world
enhance the quality of their lives, both personally and
professionally.
Selena offers one-on-one, dyads,
or group coaching. She creates and facilitates workshops on
sexuality, relationships and re-discovering who you really

Selena is a Certified
Professional Coach through The Coaches Training Institute in
San Rafael, California, and a certified Trainer having
completed Train the Trainer I and II with Peak Potentials
Training. She is a member of the International Coach
Federation and owner of Wright Track Coaching & Seminars in
Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Selena has occasionally appeared
as a guest on Help TV (Access-Canadian Learning
Television), has been featured on the Global News
Morning Edition and several times on Global News Noon
Show. She has been heard on QR77 radio and
quoted in publications such as Chatelaine Magazine
and the Calgary Herald. Selena is also a frequent
contributor to Rising Woman Magazine in Calgary,
Alberta.
