Bio - Norma Reid
Norma believes in people and empowers
them to succeed. Caring, compassionate, and open-minded, she
has a gentle way of challenging people to take the next step
in their life.
Norma managed a social services office
of 12 staff and three program areas for ten years, working
mainly with people in crisis; and was responsible for all
aspects of supervisory/management skills (hiring, training,
personnel, union grievances, scheduling, performance
appraisals, budgets, strategic planning, team building,
leading change, policy implementation, conflict resolution
etc.). She understands the demands and pressures intrinsic
to high stress positions.
Norma has experienced many personal
life transitions and has undergone many lifestyle changes.
She ended her 22 year government career to follow her
dreams. She’s become physically fit and active and recently
ran a marathon. She has a solid belief that one can create
whatever they truly want of their life, and is passionate
about helping others to connect with their greatness and
live an abundant life. She connected to her authenticity and
her passion, with help from her Coach, and has a richness of
life that benefits others.
Norma values life long learning, living
life authentically and fully, making a contribution and
having loving connections. Coaching integrates all these
values. She believes to live fully and passionately one must
be balanced spiritually, mentally, physically and
emotionally. Norma is passionate about living life to the
fullest and helping others realize their potential.
Norma is happily married to David, and
is the proud mother of two sons and a daughter-in-law. She
loves sharing the joy of seeing the world through a child’s
eyes with her 5 year old granddaughter Serena. Norma is
living her dreams, and would love to assist you to live
