Leadership and Entrepreneurial Coach

Hilary Drummond’s priority commitment as a Leadership and Entrepreneurial coach is to her client’s success.  Hilary holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta.  She has over twenty-five years of experience as an entrepreneurial occupational therapist serving people with a variety of diverse backgrounds.  Hilary has built a successful occupational therapy private practice and operated it in the south Okanagan valley expanding into a variety of different markets demonstrating in her own life the response to challenge and the growth that is possible.

Hilary’s focus is to create a life filled with passion, purpose, and prosperity both for herself and others.  She has demonstrated commitment to her coaching practice, utilizing her entrepreneurial spirit to assist others to meet their goals.  She uses her excellent communication skills to facilitate the personal and business development of her clients.  In this process Hilary works on the positive experiences of her clients and encourages them to move forward through the changes necessary to meet the challenges they face. Clients consciously activate daily strategies that lead to the successful outcomes they desire.  Hilary’s coaching brings with it a sense of humor and her direct approach speaks to both the intellect and heart of her clients.

Hilary is well known for her commitment to professional growth having volunteered for many years on a variety of professional and regulatory boards.  Hilary has received numerous awards for her work and in 1997 was nominated as Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year in the south Okanagan valley. She is known for her excellent presentation skills and has worked on many committees including currently being a co-chair of the Committee of Occupational Business Practice for the national association.

Hilary is committed to life long learning and demonstrates this by her extensive participation in courses and groups for development. Hilary is a member of the International Coach Federation. She demonstrates balance in her own life in her passion for music, playing with small groups of friends and performing locally. Hilary lives with her husband and two sons on a farm in the south Okanagan valley.
